Conju Terms of Service

Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using Conju, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the service.
Registration and Account
2.1 Account Registration To use certain features of Conju, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate and complete.
2.2 Account Security You are responsible for safeguarding your password and are liable for any activities under your account. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, promptly notify us.
Use of the Service
3.1 License Oimo Technologies, Inc. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Conju as intended and as permitted by these Terms.
3.2 Prohibited Uses You agree not to use Conju for any illegal, unauthorized, or otherwise disruptive purposes.
Payment Processing Payments made through Conju are processed by Stripe, and are subject to Stripe's terms and conditions.
Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to Conju if you violate these Terms or jeopardize the integrity or security of the platform.
Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oimo Technologies, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
Indemnification You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Oimo Technologies, Inc. and its employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors from any and all claims, damages, costs, and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to your use of Conju or breach of these Terms.
Changes to the Terms We may modify these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, we will notify you by making the revised version available on our platform and will indicate the effective date at the top. Your continued use of Conju will be considered as acceptance of the amended Terms.
